1. When you first enter the COOL Identity option a Select An Option window will appear listing previously defined COOL Identities. Select the COOL Identity you want to delete.
2. Command options will appear; select Delete. The COOL identity is now deleted.
Note: You cannot delete a COOL identity if records associated with the identity are found in the system history.
